Heavenly saints in the Bible

Hebrews 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

Hebrews 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

REFUTATIONS:

Catholic Apologetics use this verses to prove that saints are now in heaven with God.
 
If the interpretation is true, It will contradict the following verses:

A) You need to be resurrected like what happened to Christ in order to be with Him.

1 Thessalonians 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

B)  St. John said that even today no one hath seen God. tantamount to saying that there is no man with God in heaven today

1 John 4:12 No man hath seen God at any time.

C) If a man dies, he will go to heaven by means of resurrection by Christ IN THE LAST DAY. he will not immediately go to heaven if he is a righteous man.

John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Now what is the right explanation of Hebrews 12:22-23?

We must notice that It was the spirits and not men written on the verses.The spirit of righteous men are really in the hands of God.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

On the resurrection, this spirit will join with the body.

Ezekiel 37:4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.  

Ezekiel 37:5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:  

Ezekiel 37:6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

Ezekiel 37:13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,

Ezekiel 37:14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.

 If the dead saints are now in heaven, who the people will Christ come again for?

Christ will come again to resurrect the dead Christians and be with Him forever in paradise.

1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 
 
1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
